OUR STORY
Megh Rounds is the owner/operator of Personality Hire Trivia. She loves oysters and wants to know if you'd like to get oysters with her sometime? 🦪
PHT's inception is both a wild story and a testament to Megh's work ethic. In October of 2023, she rented private event space at a beloved local bar, East Ender, where she hosted a trivia event for over 30 of her dear friends. At the end of the night, the bar owner asked her if she would become the East Ender's weekly trivia host. She said yes.
PHT grew quickly. At peak effort, Megh and her staff hosted weekly trivia events at over eight local bars and breweries each week. Additionally, Megh hosted multiple private events each month, and before she knew it, she was in over her head. The girl needed a nap.
In February 2025, PHT slowed operations. Megh engaged in all the Rs - rest, reflection, restoration - and in early 2026, brought PHT back to life with new vigor. As you scroll the website, peek at socials, and engage with all that PHT has to offer, consider dropping Megh a line and saying hey. Chances are, she already wants to be your friend.
Megh taught in Maine public schools for a decade. Her trivia events are a charming combination of meticulous planning, attention to every possible detail, and sixth grade humor.
